What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and UPI payments. Invoices are issued upon registration with standard NET-30 payment terms.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of registration and have not begun the assessment. Partial refunds may be available in other circumstances.
Do you offer discounts for multiple programs?
Yes, organizations certifying across multiple programs or locations may be eligible for volume discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.
What happens after certification expires?
Certification is valid for 12 months. We send renewal reminders 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry. The renewal process is streamlined and faster than initial certification.
